For Naomi and business partner Pete, RedBalloon was an experiment to test whether a company could be successful by simply listening to its people and customers and delivering a great experience to both.
This experiment has evolved into Australia and New Zealand’s largest online experience and gift retailer with over 3500 experiences and 700 gift products. Our range varies from hot air balloon rides to cooking classes; massages to rally drives; parasailing to day touring; and an array of personalised gifts.

RedBalloon is an online retailer that customers come to for experience and gift ideas for themselves and others. Customers purchase experiences using “book now” or “buy a voucher” options, while gifts (such as candles) are added to cart as an instant purchase. While we encourage suppliers to have live dates and times available for our “book now” option, a request process is also available.
