United Parcel Service (UPS) is an American multinational package delivery and supply chain management company. 
The global logistics company is headquartered in the U.S. city of Sandy Springs, Georgia, which is a part of the Greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
The new AIG Affiliate Advantage Program with United Parcel Service
(UPS) once again provides for very
competitive discounts on published
UPS rates for all services. Agents affiliated with AIG may take advantage of AIG s large volume discounts by enrolling in the program. UPS has
increased our rates (the first increase
for AIG since March 2001), but we
have managed to limit the increase, given the organization s volume. Examples of delivery rates that UPS
offers our affiliates for a letter/legal envelope with Next Day, Saver Afternoon, and 2nd Day delivery
service for both commercial and
residential deliveries are shown below.
To open an account and enroll in the AIG/UPS Affiliate Advantage Program:
1. If you do not have a UPS account, you must contact UPS customer service at 1-800-PICKUPS (1-800-742- 5877) to obtain an account number. If you have an existing account with UPS, you can use your current account
number, but are still required to fill out the UPS forms (Step 2).
2. Once you have obtained your UPS account number, you must complete the Enrollment Form and
Participation Agreement, sign them, and then fax both to UPS at 212-631- 6409. UPS will then contact you to
confirm that your account has been applied to the corporate discount program.
Please note: Your UPS discount rates should be applied to your account within approximately 20 business days
of when your forms are submitted. UPS will notify you by fax or email to confirm that your account has been
applied to the program. At that time, your discounted rates will take effect.
